R S Nambi, a Chartered Accountant and consultant on the panel of World Bank,
UNDP, AMSCO, UNESCO, Commonwealth Secretariat ADB and DFID, spearheads the operations of the firm at strategic levels. He
has 34 years of distinguished experience in the industry both in India and abroad at all managerial levels including board level assignments.
He is a panelist with the Peer review board of the ICAI. He has trained a large number of managers in the country through
lecture assignments with Premier training institutions in the country. He has presented papers in seminars on Taxation, Corporate
Finance and Auditing both at National and International levels. He has published innumerable articles in financial dailies
and magazines. As a partner, he is responsible for business networking, technology policies, systems and procedures, adherence
to the firm’s quality policy and marketing.
Mr. Nambi is the founder-partner
of the firm.

R Nirmala, a brilliant, enterprising,
young chartered accountant with specialisation in personal and corporate taxation. Before joining the firm she has served
in various capacities in an audit firm, a housing finance company and a telecom major and has 8 years experience. She is a
consultant in her individual capacity on the panel of Asian Development Bank and DFID. As a partner, responsible for providing
all types of taxation consultancy services including internet publications, online chats, teleconferencing and other media
publications. She is also a specialist in NRI / expatriate taxation and Double Taxation Avoidance Treaties. She is a qualified
Information Systems Auditor.
